This site is a set of static pages. What it does and does not collect is short.
What this site does not do
It sets no cookies of its own. It runs no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising. It has no accounts, forms or comment system, so it does not ask you for personal information.
What happens when you load a page
Pages are served by Vercel, the hosting provider, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, user agent and the pages requested) to operate the service. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google's servers and Google receives the request in the usual way. Both providers' privacy policies are linked here.
Links to other sites
Articles link to other websites, including Instagram, YouTube and Meta. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which this site does not control.
If you write to contact@thepopculturedesk.com, we keep your message for as long as it takes to deal with it and do not share it with anyone else.
